As a Norwich Family Photographer, it’s a good job that I love the outdoors, and I love photographing families too!

When you look at your family portraits I want you to remember laughing, remember the connection you felt with your family and therefore love your images even more. And that’s what I want to capture for you – my job is to stop time.

Family photography shouldn’t be just about capturing what you look like, it should be about capturing your connection as a family. It should be about capturing who you are.

why lifestyle phtoography….

Now, I’m a Mum. Of 3. I get it. Life is crazy busy and I know that the photos you dream of seeming an almost impossible task. Someone will need a nose wipe, or a snack, or will be having a tantrum…and a million and one other things that as Mum’s we worry about. But trust me, Lifestyle photography isn’t me just sitting back and documenting what’s happening.

Lifestyle photography is an amazing mix of documentary and traditional portrait photography. Lifestyle sessions are posed and directed but we go beyond the traditional portrait by bringing out emotion to capture the amazing connection within your family.

how does a family photoshoot work?

We secure a date and decide upon a location; this is something that is very personal to each family. There may be somewhere really special to you or somewhere that you and your family spend a lot of time, or you may wish for me to make some suggestions and that’s absolutely fine. There are very tight restrictions on some locations, such as National Trust sites, which forbid sessions such as these.

Depending on the time of year I will make some suggestions to you about the style/colour of clothing to consider – these images will last you a lifetime so it’s worth giving a bit of thought into the overall styling, however in saying that my aim for your session is to cature such amazing, emotive photographs that you don’t even notice what you’re wearing.

Worrying about children’s behaviour is completely normal. But please don’t. I’ll worry about that – all you need to do is bring your family & be prepared to hug, dance & have fun!

price – £375

Your session deposit of £50 is due when we book your session.

After your session, the balance of £325 will be invoiced.

Every session includes all of your edited photos (in both colour and black & white) which are delivered via a super simple online download.
